TAYLOR SWIFT'S PROPERTY PILE HITS AT LEAST $100M
Business Insider reviewed property records and found the homes bought through trusts and LLCs, with four reported NYC apartments linked by shared tax addresses.

🚨 At least $100 million in US real estate, assembled through trusts and LLCs.
Business Insider reviewed property records and tallied Taylor Swift's property holdings across New York, Rhode Island, California, Tennessee and more.
The Rhode Island house is the headline asset. Built in 1904, formerly known as Holiday House, once owned by socialite Rebekah Harkness, the wife of a Standard Oil heir. Swift reportedly paid cash. Eight bedrooms, eight fireplaces, a pool, and the highest point in Watch Hill. Zillow now estimates it at nearly $35 million. She wrote a song about the previous owner.
New York is where the structuring shows. She bought penthouses from "Lord of the Rings" director Peter Jackson through an LLC and converted them into an 8,309-square-foot duplex with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. In 2017 she added the townhouse next door for $18 million. In 2018, another Sugar Loaf apartment for $9.75 million. Business Insider reports all four of her NYC apartments can be linked through LLCs sharing the same tax addresses.
A Manhattan agent told The Wall Street Journal he advised her to buy the townhouse to serve as a private garage.
Swift reached billionaire status in 2023. Business Insider notes it could not confirm ownership of one Nashville estate via property records in 2024.
Husband Travis Kelce brings his own: homes in Kansas and Missouri, plus a lakefront Ohio mansion bought for $5.35 million.
📈 If you had $100M, would you put it in houses?
