100% OF ELITE MODELS AND A $57M TRIBECA LOFT AWARDED TO JULIA HAART
A forensic accountant hired for the divorce told the court company money allegedly went to luxury cars and Van Cleef & Arpels jewels. Scaglia's lawyers have previously denied the allegations.

🔴 100% of Elite Models, plus a $57 million Tribeca apartment, now belong to Julia Haart.
Page Six reports the four-year, $90 million divorce between Haart and Silvio Scaglia was finalized after a judge ended the marriage in August.
Scaglia bought Elite in 2011. He named Haart CEO in March 2019 and married her later that year. The 2022 split triggered lawsuits and countersuits over control of Elite and associated companies, with Scaglia alleging Haart had stolen funds. A judge issued arrest warrants for him during the proceedings.
Haart hired a forensic accountant to comb the company's records. Per the filings Page Six obtained, the court said it "received evidence" Scaglia transferred tens of millions of dollars to third parties, including payments to himself and to Michelle Marie Heinemann.
The accountant told the court company funds were used to buy luxury cars, including two Bentleys and a Porsche, plus Van Cleef & Arpels jewelry. Scaglia's attorneys have previously denied the allegations.
The court heard the amount moved out matched the value of his shares "and then some." So Haart got the rest of the company. She also receives half of the withdrawals, which his former assistant put at more than $25 million.
Haart says the men were held in contempt and the arrest warrants remain pending.
Who should be liable when company money buys personal luxury cars?
