A $100 BILLION ROCKET SITE IS COMING TO THE BAYOU
Morgan Stanley's read, via CNBC: the scale of the project isn't reflected in how the market values the company yet.

🚨 $100 billion. That's the figure attached to a spaceport SpaceX plans to build in Louisiana.
CNBC reports that Morgan Stanley now calls the rocket maker "attractively valued" off the back of that plan.
The bank's argument, per CNBC: investors aren't appreciating the full scope of the project. In other words, the market is looking at SpaceX and not counting the whole build.
What makes this different from a normal analyst upgrade is that SpaceX has no ticker. It's private. There's no share price to reprice in real time. The valuation moves through funding rounds, secondary sales, and marks like this one, which is exactly why a bank note carries more weight here than it would on a listed name.
CNBC's report gives the headline number and the bank's view. It does not spell out timing or how the build gets financed.
A $100 billion buildout would be one of the largest private infrastructure projects tied to a single company. And it lands in Louisiana.
📈 The question for anyone tracking SpaceX secondaries is simple: does a spaceport of that size raise what the company is worth, or does it just raise what the company has to spend?
Would you buy into SpaceX at today's valuation if you could?
