$700M PAID OUT OF A COMPANY WITH 47 EMPLOYEES

Creators keep 80% of what fans pay, so the platform's cut runs through a payroll of 47 people plus about 1,500 outsourced moderators. That structure is why the dividends are this large.

🔴 More than $700 million in dividends went to one man from a company that employed 47 people.

The New York Post reports that Fenix International, the London-based parent of OnlyFans, paid Leo Radvinsky $535 million in dividends for the annual period ended Nov. 30, plus another $174 million between January and the end of March. He had already taken nearly $1 billion in dividends across the two-year period ended Nov. 30, 2024.

The business behind it: revenue up 10% to nearly $1.6 billion in the year ended Nov. 30, 2025, and profit above $521 million. Payroll was 47 people, alongside roughly 1,500 content moderators.

The margin comes from the model. Creators keep 80% of subscription revenue. The platform has 2.5 million active creators and 132 million active fan accounts. CEO Keily Blair says OnlyFans has paid out over $30 billion to creators since 2016, including over $1 million each to more than 5,000 of them. Top earner Sophie Rain says she made $95 million between 2023 and 2025.

Radvinsky bought Fenix in 2018 and died in March at 43 after a cancer battle he kept private. Forbes put his net worth at $4.7 billion as of March. His wife, attorney Yekaterina "Katie" Chudnovsky, now runs the company.

The ownership story shifted with him. He had been negotiating to sell majority control to Architect Capital at a $3.5 billion valuation. Instead, in May, Architect agreed to buy a 16% stake at a $3.15 billion valuation, lower because control was no longer on the table.

Would you pay $3.15 billion for this business?
