$515M IN TOKEN INCOME FROM ONE TRUMP-LINKED CRYPTO VENTURE
World Liberty Financial just won conditional approval for a national trust-bank charter, which lets it issue and custody USD1 in-house instead of leaning on outside partners.

🔴 $515 million. That is the income Trump's annual financial disclosure showed from sales of tokens released by World Liberty Financial in 2025, plus another $65 million from equity sales in the venture's holding company.
CNBC reports that World Liberty CEO Zach Witkoff went on "Squawk Box" Tuesday to push back on conflict-of-interest questions surrounding the Trump-linked crypto firm.
His argument was volume. Witkoff said there is over $4 billion of USD1 in circulation and that he checked the metrics before walking on set: $1.7 billion traded in the trailing 24 hours. Real customers, real use, he said.
The company was launched in 2024 by President Donald Trump, his sons and associates. It runs the USD1 stablecoin and recently received conditional approval for a national trust-bank charter, which lets it bring issuance and custody of USD1 in-house.
The questions have not gone away. A group linked to the United Arab Emirates reportedly bought a 49% stake, and congressional Democrats have asked whether that investment influenced administration policy on AI-chip exports and arms sales. Per CNBC, the Trump family was also entitled to roughly $500 million from a deal between World Liberty and Alt5 Sigma, whose shares later plunged.
Witkoff said he has "never talked to" the president about business and never will, and that USD1 is a small part of the family's broader business empire.
Does daily trading volume answer a conflict-of-interest question, or is that a different argument entirely?
